Visa Information for International Delegates

International delegates planning to attend the International Society for Heart Research (ISHR 2027), being held at AIIMS Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India, from 19-21 February 2027, are advised to apply for an appropriate Indian Visa as per the latest Government of India guidelines.

Delegates are requested to carefully review the visa requirements and initiate the application process well in advance to avoid any delays in travel arrangements.

International delegates requiring an official invitation letter for visa purposes are requested to email the above details to the conference secretariat.

Documents Required for Visa Support Letter

• Completed Registration for ISHR 2027
• Copy of Passport
• Conference Registration Confirmation
• Completed Visa Information Form (if applicable)

Upon verification of registration details, an official invitation letter will be issued by the organizing committee to support your visa application.

Important Notes

• Delegates are advised to apply for their visa well in advance of the conference dates.
• The Organizing Committee cannot intervene with embassies or guarantee visa approval.
• Passports should have a minimum validity of six (06) months from the date of travel and contain sufficient blank pages for immigration stamps.
• Delegates are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents and complying with immigration requirements.
